Beautiful place. Lot of natural beaches. Good place for shorter trips. Not best place for longer trips. Trails have seen maintenance resently, can walkin running shoes almost whole summer season. Quite big areas of park are not open or accessible in summer season, to protect nesting birds.

If hike at fast pace you can walk the official marked trails in one day. So not best for mile hogging hikers.

4 deticated places where you can make open fire (if no severe drought). In two of them camping is also allowed. There is also hut with fire place and room for two (+floor). Remember that last arrived has priority, so it can't be reserved in any way.

Only downside is accessibility by car, especially roads at northern side are in less than perfect condition. Still won't need AWD-car, but should be careful on wet seasons.

North side access road is not necessarily open at snowy seasons. Road and parking lot should be open all year round at southern side of national park.

Kohtuullisen hyvin hoidetut retkeilyreitit. Pitkospuita korjailtu ja reitit muutenkin kunnossa. Polttopuita riittämiin ja leiripaikat siistejä.

Hieman syrjässä oleva kansallispuisto. Lasten kanssa kierretty perus lenkki jonka jaksoivat hyvin. Hyvät makkaran paisto paikat ja olisi voinut tehdä ruokaakin.
