Wonderful place, pitch dark at night, no sounds, ideal for camping, hiking, or just to spend some time in forest
Splendid old forest!
Awesome place!!!
Very small National Park. Trails super easy, but no wheelchair accessible tough. Not too much variance. Nice forest. Good for trailrunning, if not looking for hilly profile.
Good for one day walk, easy enough for even pretty small children.
Poika Aho, the old farm house and field, is definitely worth to check out. At summer there are lambs grazing, please follow instructions, use Google translate if needed, before entering into pasture. Be sure not to leave anything animals could eat accidentally, that can lead to painful death of that hungry creature. History of the place is documented pretty well on info board. Again Google translate is your friend.
There is old pine, which turns 500 years old at 2018. Died 2004, but might stand there for decades. This grayed out wood is called 'kelo' in Finnish.
Hyvät vaellus- ja kävelyreitit, upea paikka. Kannattaa käydä tutustumassa
Pähee mesta
Mukava ja rauhallinen kansallispuisto. Sopii lähinnä päiväretkeilyyn.
Upea paikka, hyvillä yhteyksillä, mielekkäällä reitillä ja mukavilla levähdyspaikoilla. Etenkin yövaellus on upea kokemus.
