  Spa hotel in the downtown Hamina, probably one of the better hotels of the region. Parking is free in the hotel parking lot and all quests can use the spa without extra cost. I did go to the spa and cannot comment on it, but the room was quiet and tidy. Bathroom was a small and dated but clean. The breakfast is served in the adjoining Italian restaurant and, although it was nothing special, it was enough to get the day started.

  Medium size hotel with spa complex. Clean, modest, expensive. Spa is closed on sundays.

  Sauna- ja allasosasto peittoaa suurimman osan hotelleista. Edes kylpylöistä ei kaikista löydy näin hyvää allasta.

  The rooms were not bad, but the receptionist was terrible. We came as a group, she was giving us the keys incredibly slowly, and didn't allow any changes between the rooms (she seemed not to even understand what we want to do, she kept repeating "but we don't have free rooms", even though we didn't want any more rooms than those that had been booked). Then a couple of people gathered in one room and talked, and she kept knocking and asking us to be quiet, even though we were in general quite quiet, no party or anything. We asked for some social area in the hotel where we could move, but there was none, she said.

  Huoneessa oli kaikki tarvittava mutta lämpöpatterilämmitys ei toiminut. Asiasta respaan soitettuani ovelle toimitettiin pyörillä oleva sähkölämmitin. Aamupalaa varten vähän pöytiä kun heräsi kuuden jälkeen aamupalalle, joutui odottamaan vapautuvaa pöytää.
