    Good access to shopping malls.
    Good reception service.
Good room but I don't get why they give one adult a room with double beds.

Good location, free fast wifi. Stayed in a standard guest room. Pretty tired, stained dirty chair and the bathroom was a bit rubbish - water goes everywhere when you shower! Sauna also only open in the evening :( travel to Helsinki a lot for work, willing to try 'superior' room but not a normal one again.

Great breakfast and location. Very close to the city center and there is a tram stop right outside. The rooms are quite nice. Staff is very friendly and even offer a luggage storage for before and after check-out.

Nice location bang in the city center, right next to a large shopping mall. Rooms are comfortable if a little 'functional' but certainly plenty good enough if you are not spending a lot of time in them. Removed a star for the restaurant being closed - currently being renovated, I was told, but have to rate on my personal experience.

Definitely a good hotel. The room was fine and the food was quite tasty. The only issue I had here was related to a baggage delay. My luggage was mis-routed by the airline and delivered to the hotel roughly a day and a half later. Unfortunately I was not informed by the front desk that my bag which had all of my clothes was sitting downstairs while I was out buying emergency clothing at a nearby store. I eventually had to ask myself and ended up returning most of the storebought clothes unworn. Frustrating experience.

Close to the central station. Good breakfast. Small and relatively expensive rooms.

I love this hotel. It's so close to everything and if the weather is poor you can make your way to the shopping centres underground. The rooms are great with super helpful and friendly staff. Restaurant offers good breakfast and dinner at reasonable prices. Views are good, and the private sauna is a nice touch.

The rooms are designed simply. The air conditioner didn't work properly but the staff helped with a electric heater. The bar staff is helpful but not friendly. Smiling is a challenge. The buffet is diverse but the warm food is poor in tasty.

Reception gave our room key card to a third person in the midle of the night. We woke up when a drunken guy just walked into our room with full access. So if you like your privacy, take another hotel.
