Ok place. Parking lot is often growded and you might need to park to the near by Lappi areena and have a little walk.

Room is clean, however wifi signal is bad. The room is detached from the main building, which you need to walk in cold during winter to get to reception/ cafeteria

Very noisy after midnight and in the morning. You can hear all the other guests. The breakfast was disappointing.

Great for travelers. Very cheap, decent rooms, good breakfast, spa and gym included, near the center of Rovaniemi. A lot of athletes around. :)

This hotel is terrible. It is dirty and rooms were very bad looking. We were couple and we asked for 1 couple bed room, but they gave us 2 rooms with only one persons beds. And the bathroom was very dirty. The staff was not helpfull at all and unsympathetic.
Finally, the breakfast was a shame.
I will not recommend this hotel.
