Had a wonderful time but it's a very long day. Would recommend only taking children that are at least 6 years old otherwise you will have a crying child that is tired as you need to be at the airport around 6am and you only get back around 11pm if your lucky and there are no delays. It's a magical place to visit and well worth the effort.

Nice experience specially for the children! Many places for adults to buy souvenirs and to drink a coffee but some places need to be reserved earlier. There are also restaurants, playgrounds and Santa Claus post office, main office and house where you can take photo with him but have to pay we paid 27€ for a A4 picture. Nice experience for little and “big” kids!!

A magical place to visit at the border of the article circle. There are now two places to meet santa. He has a timeless tunnel to go to both places to visit each friend.

An amazing place to visit during any time of the year. It is Christmas all year round in this part of the world. Your kids will love this place. There are activities for adults too like snowmobiling, snowshoeing etc if you come during winter

Great place to visit, didn't have to queue long to see santa. Nice coffee shop and lots of souvenir shops! Excellent atmosphere. Definitely have a walk around and see the history of the area whilst your there

More of a shopping or commercial experience than a “theme park”, but we really enjoyed it. Reindeer to feed and even the trinkets in the store add up to a unique experience.

Brought here by friends and against my will. Meet and great with Santa. I mean, the 'real' Santa. Seems like they didn't even try to make you feel the magic, neither for a child probably, except for his ability to list all the cities next to your hometown. At 5.00 pm Santa checks his iPhone and gets off work, so you'd better be on time!

Overall a great little place. I loved the aesthetics and overall atmosphere especially walking up inside to meet Santa. There are 4 major things to do here. Meet Santa, go for a reindeer ride, send a letter and go shopping. Actually shops take up most of the space. I love how meeting Santa is free. You do have the option to buy the video and pictures at the end but you're not forced too. I wish there were fewer stores and more activities even if they're paid like the reindeer ride. If you go when there are few people you could spend less than hour having done everything. However still worth the visit.

Best place in the world to experience Christmas spirit, and to meet the actual Santa claus. Be aware you can not take pictures or video of Santa, but you can purchase it from the gift shop for quite steep price. Plenty of interesting gift shops with unique northern produce.

Santa Claus Village is one of the best place in the world for children and youth people. You can meet with Santa and take picture with him. We have visited here during 28th Dec, 2016 during our Lapland tour. You should take Artatic ocean passport stamp from here with only cost of 50 cent euro. You can buy some amazing 3D post card from here along with other souvenir. Highly Recommend!!!

We visited the Santa Claus office and took a photo with Santa. We brought a few post cards and put in the post box. Each mail delivered by the Santa Claus post office will have a special chop. You can choose to deliver the card on that day or on next post Christmas Day. A few restaurants and gift shops are around the polar circle. It is a good place for taking photos.

An extra bonus to visit when in Lapland. Probably more exciting to those with children in tow. We enjoyed a fun Reindeer sleigh ride, tucked in snug under a skin while it snowed on us. We learned lot about reindeer chatting to the driver. we chose a 1000m ride and weren't disappointed. You can go in and visit Santa for a photo and a chat. Be warned there is often quite a queue so you need to use patience. We didn't bother. Plenty of warm shops with Arctic Circle memorabilia available. Cafe's and restaurants to feed the masses. Husky sleigh rides available too. Stand on the Arctic circle line for a photo and play in the snow if you please.
