  It's a fantastic setting and it's a shame they opened up the place with a menu seemingly aimed for the elderly. I think the food has improved and the place might be worth a visit now.

  It has a nice atmosphere, food and drinks are good quality, staff is very nice. We had our wedding dinner there and everything was perfect.

  The lamb shank was the highlight of the meal. The goose breast appetizer was a bit chewy, but nothing wrong with the taste. The service was excellent.

  Restaurant is located in one of Turku's most iconic history buildings and it does good for the location design. The overall atmosphere is pretty expensive, high brow - yet accessible, and it is known to be an expensive and classy restaurant. (The bar upstairs serves mostly an after work society with a rich income. The atmosphere there is rather stiff, and alcoholic.)
  The kitchen serves seasonal dishes inspired by a combination of local resources and a more traditional take on how to build a menu. The menu's do not change often and are quite similar to one another, this is however not necessarily a problem if you would only visit once or twice a year.
  The price does not fit the quality and/or inspiration of the dish. But Pinella is focused on high class, so I guess it's inevitable for such an establishment to bump up the price.
  In the summer there is an equivalent of a VIP beach-terrace alongside the river. Expect white shoes and pants, golden sunglasses and thin glasses of sparkling wine's.

  Lovely view of the river in the summer. Decent food though slightly overpriced due to location. Great for a glass of wine on a hot summer day.

  Beer is good, prices are high and portions are small but tasty.
  
  Like any restaurant in any city center, but with nicer view or the River Aura and right next to the big medieval church.

  Cool Beer etc. and food next to Aurajoki and Domechurch of Turku. Very good Service. Nice mood on air.
