If you are interested in history, this place comes highly recommended. Old and new tracked armour, various other military vehicles.

Half inside half outside, u can see dozens of tanks, their engines, an armoured train and enter and climb a few tanks (some also used nowadays).

Most worthy thing to visit near Helsinki.
For info the second one is Verla.

An awesome Tank Museum with a lot of rare tanks (and in some cases, the only example of a rare tank left). A bit barebones and a trip out of Helsinki, but well worth it for any military or history fan, given the amount of tanks on display. All tanks have detailed info cards with various languages including English.

Great place to visit with kids. Many of the machines you can actually climb on to (at own risk of course) and get into. Place also has a nice cosy little caffee and a sand playground. Especially reccomend this when the weather is nice as most of exhibition is outdoors.

It is just great! Many tanks and other vechicles! Some of tanks are war trophy taken from SU during The Winter War. If you are passing nearby - you MUST visit the museum! only 7.50 per person.
