Good location near shopping center. Rooms are clean and comfy. Breakfast in form of open buffet, quality normal. The hotel has very interesting benefit card offer - S-Card. With it you can collect points for each day spent in hotel and exchange them for 12€ discount in dozen of restaurants or - with enough points acquired - free night in hotel. The parking place could be bigger, sometimes it was difficult to find free spot.

It is so Sokos hotel :) Good location, rooms have simple comfortable design, good breakfast with plenty of food options. On Sunday it's better to come for breakfast before 8.30 a.m. - after this time it becomes very crowdy.

Decor is old-fashioned and hallways are too long and maze-y. However, the room ia nice and service is excellent, especially Allu, who is the bartender at the Soul Piano and Bar bar. Also sauna and the pool with the gym is a welcome bonus.

Nice hotel near city center. They have option to get a room from new wing or the old one. old one is directly above reception and the new wing requires almost 5min walk through the hotel. so if you have habit of smoking often or want to do just quick visits at hotel room I would suggest getting a room from the old side of hotel.

Stayed at room 3020 the room was nice and clean. service was good.. the minibar had what you needed to survive. Only down side was the Internet connection was not the fastest nor most stable.

This hotel is clean, quiet and in the heart of Lappeenranta. Rooms are big and I liked the breakfast. Nothing fancy, but good basic food. Our room was very far from reception and we had to walk a lot.

It's OK for a short stay. Location in city center is nice and enough parking space is offered.
