  My OnePlus 7 Pro had an unfortunate burn in on the status bar area, which made it quite annoying to use, so I decided to repair it.
  
  To my surprise, the burn in was covered by warranty and the labour cost was only 31€, so I went for it. I also replaced my back glass and the battery.
  
  The whole process from giving the phone to receiving it back took a little over an hour, which was VERY quick. The staff were also very friendly and the store looked very clean.
  
  I highly recommend repairing your OnePlus device here, as it is a 100x better experience than sending it to OnePlus somewhere in Poland through UPS. It is also very unique for a phone manufacturer to have their own repair stores in a major city like Helsinki.
  
  10/10, will definitely use their services again if need be.
  
  Also, they do not wipe or delete any data from the phone, I was under the impression that they did, another definite plus.
