Great spa with really helpful and friendly staff. Great place to relax for a couple's or families. The hotel is clean and nice and had a great breakfast and lunch buffé.

This Naantali Spa was Finlands best spa, 3-5 years ago. Nowdays i think they have lost same touch, and hotel interior needs a quick fresh up and modernisation. Also spa area would need a fresh up. I been wisiting here over 20 times, and i have seen the change :(. This was my favorite spa in finland, but i have to say, next time i choose some another place.

I give 2,5 stars.

Very nice stay. Friendly staff, clean rooms and very relaxing atmosphere. Cozy spa area which also offers various treatments. Parking is 10 euros, 15 in garage (if you stay in Spa residence). There are also some public parking spaces that are free.

3½, that is. Very nice hotel, empire style-ish with shops and bars and whatever comes with five stars. All okay and in many ways like a miniature Tropical Manaus(!) w. somewhat worn-down rooms and still even with the patina stylish and cosy. Service, well especially the restaurant service was characterised by young unprofessional and not enough engaged girls! Food okay some of it even good, although the award winning chef-thingy didn't penetrate the meals served during this stay. Internet is good and only a few instabilities during a 68 hours stay. Much slower in the room than public areas, so that should be worked on!
The fact, that all bars, restaurants, spa, pool i.e. everything closed down from 9 through 11:30pm (last bar) and no service in reception is simply unacceptable. Finland may be Finland, and that's still far from whatever remain ISIS territory!

The outside-inside pool was a nice treat, as well as the saunas and the rest of the spa area. The restaurants are pricey, lacked healthy options and local cuisine, but the breakfast buffet was great.
The room was really nice, except for the fact that one of our duvets had a stain, quite big, reminding of some bodily fluid YUCK!
