Palvelu aina ystävällistä ja asiantuntevaa ja mukavan leppoisa tunnelma kovan työn keskellä😁

The service at the counter is prompt and friendly, but it's really up to the bus driver whenever your stuff is just getting kicked around or handled right.

Generic small train and bus station. City center is close so in case of +10 min train switch take a walk and grab a cup of coffee in Kouvola

Menet koska vaan, aina pitkä jono. Olisiko toinen asiakaspalvelu piste mahdottomuus?
