I really liked this hostel, not too expensive and close walking distance to Helsinki city centre The staffs are very professional, the rooms and bathroom are always clean. It is really quiet though so I will recommend that you travel with a friend.

Clean and hospitable environment. It's located at a central part of the city and this makes it easy to move to and fro.

It's an average hostel. Nothing fancy. It's well located, and the bed are super comfortable. It's basic. It's on one floor of an apartment building. Staff is relatively okay, just slightly awkward. Rooms have no lockers.

Located in an old building the hostel is quite convenient as right in the center of the city. The rooms are quite simple but you have basically what you can need.

DO NOT STAY HERE. We had an extremely sad and poor experience in this hostel and if you are a young woman travwling alone I suggest you to read this. We had a sitatuations with 2 other male guests who actually tried to sexual assault me and when my brother tried to help me they got super violent and threatened our lives. I was actually really scared for my life.
And I blame it on the hostel because the reception kept saying that they didn't have any other rooms available and actually wanted me to go back to the room with those monsters.
When we started to get angry he magically found a room full with empty beds.
And he wouldn't let us call the police.
The woman next day said we were lying and blame it on me. NO it wasn't my fault. When are people gonna stopping accusing woman of being the guilty one?? I thought she would relate to me considering she was younger like me but she didn't. She was VERY RUDE about it and when I asked her to check if they left yet she didn't even look to make sure she just said yes because check out time was at 11am.
We were literally locked on our room because we were so afraid and that's her response to me?
So please if you are a young girl or a young couple traveling alone DO NOT STAY HERE. They protect rapist and disgusting people.
So please be very careful. For 130 more euros you can stay in a hotel downtown. Do not consider this place!!!

Besides you don't get anything from your money here. Get a hotel.

I stayed in the 8 person room and had a very good experience. Room was Clean, bed was comfortable and the staff was very friendly and helpful. They helped my get a charger for my phone when my wasn't working. Each room has a small half sized locked for valuable but you need to bring your own lock. There is also a common kitchen area if you want to make your own food. If you want a nice, cheap place to stay. This is the place
