The hotel is located in the center and surrounded by nice bars and cafés. The staff was very nice and helpful
BUT
It was very dirty. Long black hair was not only on the sheets of both beds but also everywhere in the bathroom, the cutlery in the cupboard was dirty and greasy and plain disgusting.
The bathroom looked a bit as if it was taken out of a camper van and installed in the room while nobody thought of a ventilation system. After showering one couldn't enter the bathroom for hours unless humidity and fog wasn't a concern.
Bottom line: great location, nice staff (that is only present for a few hrs/day) but definitely not worth the relatively high price!response / report this review -

Very well located, the staffless System and door Access code does not really allow earlier check ins. The rooms are quite small but clean and comfortable.

Expensive and badly organized. Once I was locked out of the apartment and had to wait for three hours to get in. Still had to pay 50 euros. The service center also do not know fundamental information about the apartments - e.g. If the fire alarm is connected to the central systems or not.

The location at 10 minutes walk from the Helsinki train station was the biggest plus. The place was comfortable, room was very big and furnished with the facilities and basic appliances you would expect in a standard apartment. This was my second stay here, would definitely stay again. One thing that annoyed me a little was: during the final steps of booking process they asked to charge extra if I wanted my room cleaned during my stay .

Nice place. Comfortable stay. A window key will be a great profit for you. Without it you won't open window and air conditioning is not very good
