Terrible Service. I booked this restaurant as it was my wife’s 30th Birthday. We ordered the 6 course tasting menu. However, service was very slow and we only got served 5 courses. After waiting an hour after the 5th course, the waitress said don’t worry, we will only charge you for 5 courses. This is kind of obvouius, as we were only served 5 courses. This is poor service. This was meant to be a speacial meal and we spent most of the evening waiting. Very disappointing!

Helkkarin hyvää ruokaa ja palvelu hyvä. Ehkä hieman elitistinen tunnelma kuitenkin. Voisi olla lappilaisempi.

Rovaniemen paras ruoka ja palvelu. Hintataso on juuri sellainen kuin pitääkin. Tällaista ruokaa ei kotona saa. Tästä voisi muut ottaa mallia kuinka ruoasta saadaan maistuvaa ja palvelusta sellaista jota asiakas toivoo.

For fine dining experience in Rovaniemi Arctic Boulevard is high above everything else. Service is exceptional and place isnt as packet nearly as full as other dine dining restaurants that focus on tastes of Lapland. You can actually often get a table here even without reservation. This is the place I tend to take all my guests who come from south and they want to experience tastes of lapland. The complete menus are really well thought out and very reasonably priced for finnish restaurants. Five course arctic menu is depending on a season usually between 50-70e and is a really good deal. Waiters can also recommend excellent wine menu to go with it for little extra charge.
