First day no hot water in morning, wifi is intermittent, only in restaurant, no real vegetarian options, chicken on menu but never available, very quiet at night.

On the second day there no water at all in any of the rooms. Two elderly people couldn't unlock there door and staff took over 30 minutes to free them

This is a tired old hotel, but I had a good nights sleep. We were up early and on our way to the Bale National Park. Beware its a long drive from Addis. Wabe Shebelle is interesting for photographers and twitters

The bar at the top of the place is a good quiet place. Yet the elevator is scary.

Wabe Sheble is old hotel. Compere to the new hotel it is not in a good condition. The hotel is found in a center good for transportation.

The security guards at the door are extremely rude. Every time I try to enter the hotel (yes, I have reserved a suite!!!), they want to search my bag and everything else. It seemed like they were blatantly asking for a tip.
I will never stay at this hotel again. I have no desire to be harassed by these confused human beings.
