Hotel is good but connectivity/transportation is an issue. Inside the hotel everything is fabulous.

the most expensive hotel in Addis, but bad service. old room facilities. They did not even allow me a later check out after a 7-day stay (~$2k). I have been to Addis several times since then, but never chose Sheraton again. Both radisson blu and hilton have better services and newer facilities.

Overpriced location, visited the Indian restaurant and for two person we paid for starter and main course ETB 4,200, which is USD 180 not come close to a price of an Indian restaurant neither the quality of the food. Who has to much money trust me there are better restaurants in town to spend the money on. Not recommendable just the place to be seen that you got money but no value for money at all.

Music under water in the swimming pool. I guess - and let's forget about the outside of the hotel for a bit - that is what makes a 5-star hotel. Never slept here, just visited the pool and bars, those were impressive.

Best hotel in Ethiopia! Nothing more needs to be said. Gaslight and office bar definitely worth checking out!

Teasty Pastry and Cafeteria good service and piano music . Great Place to spend your time with your friends and collegues after working hours.

Spacious, clean, beautifully decorated rooms. Hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. Several restaurants to choose from and a beautiful pool area. I had a wonderful time at Sheraton Addis.
