Today I went for treatment. Staff members gave me quality service. The doctor was very professional. But i was surprised to be told that for my Ultra Sound lab Check They dont know when the Doctor is coming in so i had to go back and was told to call them back in z afternoon. As customer service they should have called me. I called and was surprised to hear that the appointment is for Wednesday 5.30pm. Please change the 24/7 availability on your web and Google. So i have to go some where else for US lab so that i could get my results asap.
Except for the above i was happy with the other services.

DISCRIMINATION - Their website says 24/7so I took my sick child there. They looked at me and decided Sundays they only take emergencies. Yet there were patients walking out, with prescriptions, And my poor baby was not an emergency. Rude gentleman at the reception, I just thank God the pharmacist was kind and helped me. One hospital am never going to.

NMC is very popular health center. In this place a lot of people come to see the doctors from abroad the health center fee is a bit expensive for local people and they have quality treatment.

Expensive, but good hospital. I took my colleague there for treatment, he liked everything about the hospital and got good medication, but we paid an expensive price. Worth the price though.
