  Very poor service. They booked me into an uncleaned room and I had to seat inside waiting for the cleaning to be done, after arriving from a long trip. The staff also rarely speak English so expect a communication barrier.

  Terrible service from the entire crew, takes 1 hr to order food and to get service. Most terrible experience I've had In any hotel in ethiopia.anyone coming from abroad shul think twice before lodging at this hotel.
