A very well constructed and furnished with Chinese fittings and furnishings BUT very ill maintained. Specially the bath fittings. Some furnitures joinery are slackened. Door latches and hinges coming out. Though clean and neat but needs other maintenance badly.

Very bad. .. they have given very bad room.. and Food quality is very bad ( not even cooked properly ).
If you order the food they are giving after 2 hours.

The lady at the reception is exemplary, but I was given a room with a near broken door locks and the corridors in 3rd floor are unlit. Inside, the rooms are very spacious, but the lighting is terrible. The bed has only a duvet cover that also serves as your blanket, only one 'white' towel and the bathtub is so uncomfortable. The pillows are so hard that I messed my neck. On one occasion, there was only hot water running on the taps. There's no breakfast until you order and there's no variety other than what they have on menu which is bad enough. There' no napkins on the table and attendants don't seem to know what they're doing. The gym has never been used, so don't even bother cos you'll be welcomed by cobwebs and you will pick a flu. The Swimming pools has green water and has not been cleaned for as long as you can guess. With all due honesty, this facility is horrible. Interestingly, the lady-owner stays in 1st floor which is her house. Damn!

I have really enjoyed my stay at the Renaissance Hotel Apartment. The staff are friendly as usual with very good attitude towards guest. In addition its location being close to Bole Int airport coupled with spacious rooms makes it my favourite place. Of course not to forget the swimming bool and outdoor bar which add up extra points to tick in the box. I would definately stay again and at this hotel.
