Nice place, food was OK, people where friendly but they said the rooms had hot water but my moms room and I just had warmish water to say the least. Rooms are very nice though and some views are amazing

It is a good place but it could be better if rooms are fixed with heaters and if visitors are given heavy blankets. The rooms are very cold. The Tv is not working and water is very cold. The doors are Not repaired especially door to the bath room.

Beautiful place. The rooms are nice. I l enjoyed their meals and the workers were neat, friendly and seemed happy with their jobs. Some of the bathrooms like the one in the room I stayed retains water after bathing. But for this, I enjoyed my one night stay here.

I gave laundry to the hotel staff who told me they could do it in one day. They forgot to give the message and the laundry was never done. They did not even apologize for it. Room's shower did not work properly.

Bed is like a plank, cockroaches everywhere, toilet leaks, shower is full of mould, food was barely edible.

Very little meal variety (even for a day's stay). Very dim room. No hot tap. Air condition is centrally controlled. Very hard bed with no blankets.

Can you imagine a hotel in Ethiopia without a hot shower? And serves only two choice of meals to transit passengers(fish cutlet or beef cutlet)?

While on transit, I stayed at this hotel. The room was dark. No blanket on the bed. Internet access was not good at all. The neatness of toiletries was visibly questionable. I won't recommend this place

Basic transit hotel for airlines. We got cold, dark room with hot water turned on only after numerous demands and at the end of our stay. For breakfast some leftovers, for lunch and dinner the same menu (one dish to choose out of three very similar and not tastiest).
