Put up by Ethiopian airlines. Rooms were good. Staff not friendly. Did not provide a 3 minute international call facility I was entitled to. No lighter/match box available/in the hotel, had to pay a dollar to the bell boy for getting it from outside. Wifi signal & speed was poor.

Nice an clean an up market place but quite a mission to drive into the area.Enjoyed it an out lived it.Ethiopia at it "best" for the price sleepover.

Probably the worst hotel in Addis Ababa or in Ethiopia. Very unfriendly staff and arrogant manager. My stay was a nightmare. I wouldn't recommend anyone.

Hotel staffs are great, however terrible wifi connection and hotel guests are not allowed to have visitors in their rooms Also you dont get complimentary bottles of water in the morning.

For an overnight stop it is ok. The staff are pleasant and helpful. The food is decent, but nothing special. The rooms are adequate and the beds are ok like I said nothing special but good for a couple of nights..

My American Sim supported calling for others aswell.
Need a proper business centre

The single room is spacious. However, that is probably the only advantage of this hotel. The receptionist is not friendly or helpful, does not communicate well, and even tells a flat-out lie. The dinner was not appreciated either. Dried-up rice, dried-up penne, etc. nothing to write home about.
