Worest place to stay in Addis. No warm water, poor customer service, room service can be rejected for a very poor reason, . I wish there was a single reason to put a positive remark.

Worst hotel I've ever stayed in, far better hotels available, only staying here cause that was what Ethiopian airlines gave during my transit, clearly they don't care about tourism as well as a foreigners first impression of their country, only giving it a 1 star because there is no option to give it a 0 star rating

By far the worst hotel I've ever stepped foot in. I can't see how people can actually say this place is quiet, when it's right outside a main road. The noise is very disturbing, food tastes horrible and conditions of the hotel is unimaginably deteriorated. I haven't connected to Wi-Fi so inconsistent and poor as in this hotel, if I should even say "connected". The elevator should not even be called an elevato, and I wouldn't be surprised if it was invented in the 40s. The rooms are uninviting, and the bathrooms? Yuck. I swear I wanted to hold it in the entire stay. Receptionist were quite friendly, but also didn't know much about what was going on. And also, there are no working telephones to use, even in the lobby. The telephones can only call to the rooms and to the lobby. Very limited rooms for family and I would definitely not recommend bringing children to this hotel. In fact, I wouldn't recommend any sane person to lodge here. My family and I had the misfortune of being booked here because of a delay in our flight. And boy, I wish we could have just stayed at the airport instead. Addis Ababa has far better hotels than this crap. I am utterly shocked that this is even a three-star rated hotel according to Google. Giving it a 1-star would probably be too generous from me. But since I am unable to give it zero rating..
