Located at the hart of dessie this building is one of the land mark of the city, owned by the famous billionaire businessman of Ethiopia.One of the best building in town. you can find a bank, shopping centre, guesthouse, restaurant, cafe, beauty salons,meeting hall and shops of various size and purpose. One can find almost everything, also it have a safe car parking.
