Zero Custemer service and managerial activity. They don’t respect Gusts. The hotel by it self is not clean at all😏 .am sorry to say this, the place has to be close 😡

We were supposed to stay here 10 nights and everything went down hill pretty quickly. On the first night as I was unpacking, I found a used condom in a drawer. At first, management didn't want to re-accomodate us. They finally did, but the new room, like many at this hotel, had a clogged shower, broken shower door, and water heater did not work.
They advertise Wi-Fi and that they accept credit cards when in reality, the WiFi hardly works and they claim their credit card machine is always broken so you have to pay for your room daily in cash. If you try to pay in dollars, their exchange rate is a rip off, the bank gives you a better rate. Wifi Tip - go to the Double Tree (not part of the franchise) for some food or drinks and use their WiFi.
The street cats roam the kitchen after they close it. While hanging out in the dining area after the kitchen closed, this cat kept wandering around the kitchen, walking all over the counters and meowing loudly. I didn't want to eat their food after seeing that.
Halfway through our stay, we discovered Hikma Pension and switched! Much more affordable, a lot cleaner, great food, slow but working wifi and we didn't have to pay for our room on a daily basis.response / report this review -
