I have had nothing but great customer service from Eat Addis. One of the restaurants even messed up my order and gave me the wrong order and Eat Addis completely compensated me and I was able to get the right order without paying a delivery fee, more companies should be honest with their compensation policies like Eat Addis.

By far the best food delivery service out there and I speak from experience. Others are deceitful about deals, but not Eat Addis. They are honest! They always keep menus updated which I appreciate very much. The telegram bot ordering system is surprisingly user friendly. Very accurate and consistent with delivery time. I have to say they really perfected the food delivery service except for their website and apps being not released yet. Definitely recommend for expats in Addis to try!
