  Amazing Staff, great location, amazing hotel and what a service!
  
  This team goes the extra mile! During my stay I had a small challenge but the team made everything possible to make sure all got fixed. From the hotel manager to the Chef, the reception team, the cleaning team, the restaurant crew, all were there to make sure we had a pleasant stay I wish every hotel could be like this congratulations to this Team highly recommended to stay over here the offer a true customer experience

  Have always liked and enjoyed the ambiance and decor and the overall chill atmosphere. The service is good in general but can be a tad bit faster to add that little bit of "extra" that we all like at times.
  
  But one thing that has to be pointed out is the pillars going into the parking lot. They really look like they are placed there for a prank tv show or something. With so much innovation and technology in construction and design there MUST be a way to reinforce that load bearing area and make driving into the parking lot less of a driving test.

  Awesome!
  Best place in Addis Ababa.
  Service is perfect, helpful and very kind, but still discrete.
  Everything is perfectly clean, very well decorated and nice facilities.
  Quality of a top NYC 5*.

  Very tiny rooms not compared to the price, and with no facilities not even bath robes
  Bathroom very impractical and uncomfortable.
  Beds are too small
  We weren’t impressed with the breakfast too
  The best think is the facilities like the gym and swimming pool
  Staff is amazing and very welcoming

  I enjoyed my stay and was well looked after as an Disabled person. Warm swimming pool with easy access.
