Very unprofessional and money oriented . They mistaken my pregnancy symptom for gastric and infection and gave me dozens of medicine that the service costed me nearly 8600 birr. Those guys are evils. They didnt care for me or the lives inside my womb. I wonder what they would do to me and my babies if i wouldnt find that i was pregnant by self.

The staffs who are in laboratory are very rude. They bahave as if you are there for free of charge. And also staff in Covid-19 test center is so careless. He uses his phone a lot, whenever he wants he goes out during his working time even there are bunch of people waiting in the queue. Normally it takes maximum of 2 minutes for Covid-19 test but it took more than 20 minutes yesterday. In short they are not aware why they are there. Admin should take an action and train them well. I don't recommend to anyone.

Took a close family member for a ruitne checkup and whitnessed the worst customer service I have ever seen!!, very disorganized, zero coordination and the doctors don't even have a proper shedule and you will end up waiting for hours without even knowing what your waiting for. I strongly advise against going here, unless your planning on wasting both your time and money.

I have never seen such kind of service in health facility in a private sector this worse. It seems the nurses are there because they are paid not to provide service. I was admitted in the hospital and they don’t even check my BP let alone other things, the nurses gather and chill like they are in a cafes with too much attitude But you will be charged for the Doctor (which I have never seen) and Nurse visit.
In addition there is a communication gap between sections, instead of gathering information they will tell you NO.
If there is a rate below Zero that is what I would give.response / report this review -

This hospital will literally kill your loved ones. I have never experienced so much incompetence in all my years. I would not take my dead pet to this place. My best advise to you is, If you want someone dead, take them to ICMC.

I don't recommend this hospital unless you want to die of anger. The employees are full of attitude. I don't think they know why they are there.

Very bad experience, I went there three times and everytime was worse than the other. All they want is to milk as much money as possible.
There is a serious communication issue with the patient because they don't tell you anything. Everytime i went there i had to figure out everything myself even though sometimes I was really sick and can barely even move. This is not the right way.and it seems that the staff is not trained well enough to handle the huge amount of patients.response / report this review -

We were at the hospital at 7:30 am for follow up appt for my 91 y/o Dad and left the hospital at 12:30 pm with no suggestion and new recommendations although we reported moderate to severe cough for the past 5 days.
The doctor met with dad for 10 min and sent us for for dad to have x-ray. No one informed us about the result and no prescription for cough.
Will start looking for new provider in the area who is not focused on $$$ by seeing too many patients.

My father was admitted in ICMC General Hospital.My father didn't get any help for 4 days since his admition to the hospital. A family member has to ask each time when there is a tretment needed for my father. No medical person checked on him unless they are asked. My father had a medication order which was not given until his granddaughter who was a doctor ask for it. At one point a doctor came to my father's room and he was asking the family member what medication my father was taking instead of coming prepared to help my father. Through out his stay in the hospital no doctor showedup to treat my father unless a family member requested.
At one point another family member was in need of oxygeon and the daughter was told the oxygeon was being used by another patient and she has to wait for it (first come first serve for oxygen ) very sad. No one knows who run this hospital. It is a building built to eat poor peoples money without helping them. I will not bring anyone to this hospital ever again and all the people of Ethiopia needs to know about this hospital.response / report this review -

The quality of the hospital is good
.
But it's all about money for each things there more coast. And there is a Doctor who don't know what to he hv to do about his procedures. .after he make it. .need the other doctor comments. My father didn't get better more than 3 months until now.
