The services are super poor, the rooms and bathrooms old and dirty. And some of the rooms are extremely small almost you can’t open the door without hitting your legs w the bed and the door!
The restaurant sometimes is open, sometimes no. I arrive to the hotel and they change the price of the room that I was booked!!! , then I didn’t want to take the guide tour from this hotel because was crazy expensive and was a big problem for them, they follow me like creepy said that I will have problems w other guides (?) The people running the place don’t know how to be nice and warm w the guests.

Not expensive, with a beautiful garden full or flowers. Hot shower, clean room and bathroom. and friendly staff. What else could you ask for

Good place to stay on a budget. Quiet inner court, basic but clean rooms. Shower have warm wather most of the time, and wi-fi is usable between 6:00 - 8:00 am. Close to city downtown, and Unique restaurant wich is very good and dirty cheap. Also not very close to rock hewn churches. I paid 300 birr per night.

Try to bargain hard. Double/twin (without breakfast) = 350 Birr, Single=250 Birr.
Service is good. WiFi is working.
Restaurant prices are too high. 20 meters away is the Unique Restaurant. Cheap and good!

Price went up to 500 Birr for a twin room without breakfast. The rooms and bathrooms are old. Hot shower is working quite well. For budget travellers okay but I rather would recommend spending 100 birr more and go to the Seven Olives.
