La primera ocasión fui con mi pareja y esta vez con mi madre. En ambas ocasiones nos ha encantado tanto el hotel como el servicio.
La ubicación es inmejorable, las habitaciones amplias y cómodas. La limpieza muy bien y su personal atento y familiar a la vez que profesional.
Nos hemos sentido como en casa las dos veces que hemos visitado el Abba Jazz Hotel de Vitoria y sin duda volveremos cada vez que regresemos a la ciudad.

Location were great, very centric, just 5 minutes from City centre. Rooms were clean and good looking and finally service was really kind and nice. I would recommend this hotel.

Excelente ubicación. Servicio, personal, desayuno: correctos. Servicios e instalaciones tal vez precisen reformas, el edificio es antiguo.

I booked an individual room. It's small but quite OK to have a two-three days break in Vitoria. Good location very near to city centre. Nice and kind service. They took care of.my luggage before I checked in for the room

Hotel muy bien ubicado, en pleno centro. Relación calidad-precio aceptable. Habitación amplia y cama cómoda. Los amenities del baño un poco pobres.

121 EUR for a room in this size with a very small bathroom and a old and used looking shower (though clean!) is a resiculous price. The room is OK, but you simply expect much more if you pay that much!
