Very good position to visit the city and very helpful staff! The room was beautiful and medieval style with view of the Alhambra! Recommended!!

Great location and beautiful building. Room at the front had great views and good for people watching. Very noisy at night and smelt of cigarettes despite being a non smoking room.

This is such a beautiful hotel! Located in a very scenic beautiful side of the town, with an amazing view of the river and the Alhambra from their balconies and a street of calm and quiet bars underneath.
The hotel is part of an old very classic Spanish house with lovely old style rooms but very well conserved and clean.
We only experienced one little issue with the air conditioning which started leaking in the middle of the night, but aside from that the staff in the hotel were very helpful and attentive and tried to get it solved as soon as possible.response / report this review -

La habitación dúplex Boabdil es un engaño, las fotos fantásticas no muestran que el baño es muy pequeño y con ducha, que la escalera de acceso a la planta de la cama es minúscula para subir o bajar de noche y matarte, que arriba no hay más que un enchufe y si quieres poner el móvil lo tienes que poner debajo de la almohada porque el enchufe está alto y no hay mesita para dejar el móvil. Una decepción para lo caro que salió. Intenté anular la segunda noche nada más entrar y verlo pero se excusaron en que la reserva por Booking era sin posibilidad de anulación (claro, cuando contratas con anulación es hasta dos días antes por si finalmente no viajas, y yo sabía que el viaje no se suspendía, quise dejar el hotel por cómo era este y no por motivos personales). De lo más decepcionante. Lo único bueno el desayuno del bar que hay debajo, las tostadas buenísimas.

Przepiękny widok na mury Alhambry był bardzo miłym akcentem. Jednak średnio wyszukany wystrój pokoju i lekki zapach stęchlizny nie pozwala mi przyznać hotelowi wyższej oceny.

Hotel bien ubicado, muy cerca de todo y frente a la alambra.
Buen trato del personal.
Hay un bar abajo para desayunar.
Lo peor la insonorizacion es nula.

Very nice hotel. The location is perfect! Near the palace and the cathedral. We had a good deal for 62 euro / night. Close by: hop on hop off, free guided city tour, restaurants and café's. Parking at local parking garage for € 16,50 /day. We had a room at 3rd floor with view at the palace. Room had Air Condition and mini bar, bathroom etc. 14m2
