Worst hotel experience ever
No water in room. Couldn't shower or even flush the toilet. After 2 days it stank.
Stayed for three nights in double room with ensuite bathrooms. The rooms were plain but clean and quiet(weekdays), the breakfast was bare minimum, the reception staff were present but unhelpful. The roof terrace was nice.
As we arrived, there was no water in the hotel, however they told us it would soon be back. Three days later, they still hadn't even found the problem. The second day we were offered showers and toilets in an adjacent building, and after asking for it even got some bottled water. After quite a lot of haggling we got compensated with roughly 25% of the room price, although we expected the double amount.
3 stars for plain standard, minus 2 for the water situation and the unhelpful staff.
Dont book this hotel!!!!! I arrived at midnight and they told me, that there is no water in the hotel. I booked before for 4 nights. I had to stay there for one night. The room wasnt like at the photos at all. Not clean, the door unlockable from inside and very disgusting, like there was a half-fresh chewing gum on the bed. The next morning, I did the check out and said that i want the money back. First they wont do that. So I got very angry. Fortunately i got it at the end. So dont book this hotel!!!!
The worst place I've ever been under the balcon there is a street with pub Where 70 persons talked all night and you feel like there would be most crowded street in the world. Not possible to sleep all night. Now i understand why the hotel is so cheap
Located in centre of Granada. Very clean and nice staff. Good service/cost
Good hotel close to city centre
Hotel room was old and needs renovation, noisy bar nearby on the ground floor, not good
Nice view in the cafe
Fair rooms for the price. Got a nice terrace where you can drink or eat viewing the monastery's façade. The terrace is open in summer.
Too close to the nightlife, which is noisy at 2 in the morning. Otherwise, good enough for three nights.
