Very clean and modern hotel.Service was okay, not that friendly, but it was perhaps because we were a large tour group. The front desk staff seemed to not be prepared for so many English-speaking guests, even though we were prebooked by our tour company.

Love love love the bathroom! Comes with a separate bathtub and shower area, and very spacious. Gets toasty warm with the heater on. The beds were soft and pillows interestingly very long.
I wished the lights were brighter and that there were some overhead lights instead of just lamps because it's quite dark.response / report this review -

Excellent hotel at a very reasonable price. The staff was very accommodating. They even provided a large crib for our baby upon arrival. WiFi was included and worked very well. There's a great grocery store two short blocks away that was very convenient. Bravo Vincci!!

Air Conditioning was great for hot summer. Staff friendly but not exceptional. Room was comfortable, but not worth full price tag so make sure to get on a deal.
