  Andy recently sold our apartment, he is very knowledgeable about the property market in Tenerife. We found him to be friendly, trustworthy and went the extra mile to help us throughout the selling process.

  Any excellent experience with Andy who was clear, open and honest all the way through our sale. I had been in contact with a number of other agents in Tenerife before choosing Andy to help with our sale, and his feedback, communication and professionalism were a long way ahead of anyone else I spoke to - highly recommend!

  We cannot recommend Andy and Gordon enough, from word go Andy was helpful and informative about the ins and outs of selling a property, we decided to go for it and we had an offer after just 4 days! Both gentlemen answered all the questions we asked them, no matter how silly they were! All the way through the process we never felt like we were bothering them, would use them again if ever we are in a situation to buy or sell.

  I bought my house through Andy Ward . Having lived here 30 years I knew all the estate agents and could have taken my pic from many good ones , but Andy’s professionalism and attention to detail swayed me and I have zero regrets .
