  I have acted as buyer. They said they would come to the notary on the day the deed was signed, June 20, 2022, and they have not even turned up to return the keys to the apartment they have in their possession. The energy certificate has not been registered with the Basque Government either. You call them and they don't call you back.
  A disaster!!
  I don't recommend it to anyone.

  A very professional real estate agency, with a super nice and personalized treatment, they answer any questions and are always available to solve any problem. In my case I have rented an apartment and the truth is I am delighted.

  It is the second bad review that I put to this real estate.
  I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE.
  They are incompetent.
  They take responsibility for the management of subleases of an apartment and when you go to sign, they don't even have the original contract, they don't even have a well-executed contract because they didn't even put the amount to pay, something necessary for the declaration of rent and that they should be knowledgeable if they were good professionals. In short, we had to go back a second time.
  After waiting a week for the landlord to sign the sublease contract, they tell us that we have to change the way of creating the sublease since the landlord does not want to sign any more contracts and another document has to be signed again, and still They have the gall to tell me that these are my problems and that of the landlord because I already knew my landlord's position on the subject of subleasing.
  THE FIRST THING I ASKED BEFORE RENTING THE APARTMENT WAS IF I COULD SUBLET ROOMS, SINCE OTHERWISE I WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO RENT IT BY ME. AND THERE WAS NOT A SINGLE PROBLEM.
  In short, do not go to this real estate company because they do not know how to work, they are not serious and they are incompetent.

  FATAL.
  At the time of renting the apartment very attentive and with 100% availability. He answered instantly. Once the apartment is rented, they stop answering. I have found the flat with a lot of damage, without cleaning it (when I had warned them that I had seen it dirty and that they should remember to clean it). After protesting, they send me a cleaning company, disastrous, with demonstrable photos that not even the grease on the kitchen table has been removed. After commenting, deaf ears.
  They take care of the sublease contracts, I ask for an appointment to sign it so that the tenant can enter on the 1st, after a week, I'm still waiting for an answer.
  A disaster and some scoundrels.
