Friday, August 26, 11:00 p.m. No one answers the call. We keep insisting an hour later and we still have no answer. Terrible service. Luckily Cabify exists

They left me stranded with advance reservation at 3 am to go to the airport. Luckily, a Cabify was able to pick me up and take me on time so as not to miss the flight. Then you complain, you want a monopoly to not provide service. You are pitiful.

Woeful service. On Wednesday 7/13 we called to ask if they had a baby seat for Friday 15 and they were told that on request and one hour in advance without problem. We told them that it was perfect and we appreciated the service that this boy gave us with the instructions.
On Friday we called to request the taxi with a child seat and a very rude boy tells us that they DO NOT have them and that they are not obliged not to bother us.
Terrible service from that person. I understand that these types of practices are punctual and derived from a bad worker who I think would be convenient to dispense with this operator for the good continuity of the company.
If the person in charge of this company can contact me if he wants more information about the incident.
