Very pleasant staff, friendly, serious in their work, empathy, if necessary they will repeat the information given by the professional, if it has not been understood, like the one who answers the phone and without any tone out of place, none of them , no nervousness, no words out of place, no gestures (strangers due to speed or nervousness or wanting to leave) they have a lot of feedback, both the one who takes the calls and the one who comes to the address, very good treatment, and very good and mutual understanding, very good understanding, very good active listening, education, respect above all and mainly. They have very good resolution, presence and speed of what is needed for each job to be done, they also make sure that the work is done well and secured, they resolve as many doubts as there are.
I didn't know them for anything or knew about them, or what they were like, nothing, until 1 day ago, I know about them, recommended by the Barcelona Gas Installers Guild.
I have been very happy and satisfied, how could it not be otherwise, in every way, observed, analyzed and detected as they are for me, explained in this review, the satisfaction is excellent, as all should be companies, administrations of this country

Personally indicate that the treatment received by José Luis was excellent both in the installation of the boiler and in its start-up. I had a problem after 3 months and I do not hesitate to come to solve it immediately. If I have need of his services on another occasion, I will certainly go to him.

I have read mixed comments. But for me, who had an emergency and found them online, they attended to me immediately and the technician who came to the house knew what he was talking about and repaired quickly and well. Ultimately very happy. Expensive? Well, if you see the item breakdown on the bill, no, it's not expensive, it's what it costs to get emergency care. I had the gas cut off due to a leak and the technician solved the problem for me.
