DO NOT GO HERE, WORST TAPAS BAR EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Came in for a drink to get away from the 40 degree heat and when the waitress realized we weren't ordering food, she completely ignored us for 30 minutes! I had to go to the bar 3 times to ask for the bill. The staff are completely incompetent and disrespectful, will never recommend this place to anyone or visit again!

Great service and a lot of food! Can be a bit expensive though. We had 3 courses of traditional Madrid food and a digestive was served at the end. The decor and ambience are great - a nice place to have lunch.

Very disappointed. Firstly, the waiter was super-pushy and basically told us what we had to order (we ordered something different to her suggestions and she literally said no). Secondly, nothing spectacular overpriced and bland. Pulpo was pretty average and a small portion for a much higher price than the better places on the same street. Finally, I hate the preferential treatment to Spaniards vs. what they perceive as "guiris". I live in Madrid. In many restaurants it is customary to offer a digestive at the end of the meal. I find it highly offensive that they offer it to the table of Spaniards next to us and consider us foreigners so don't offer it, and when I asked for it they brought me one glass as ordered and charged. Don't come here. Go next door which is 10x better

The worst service I ever had in my entire life. The waiters are super rude, and they treat foreigners differently, in a very bad way. Avoid this place, food is simple and prices are super high! But the worst is definitely the service!!! Horrible, horrible, horrible!!!!

Another place to mention and worth a stop at for drink and few dishes
Gets really busy on certain days and also the staff are a little unfriendly at first - perhaps as packed
Anyway its got mixed reviews i see so for my angle its clean, choose what you want to eat and get a few drinks and then move onresponse / report this review
