  I asked for a stamp yesterday and today I already have it at the other end of Spain. The stamp is very well done, fully respecting the design and it looks beautiful.

  I have to leave a star because I'm still waiting for them to send me my stamp well.
  To collect, everything is fine, but to solve it you have to be behind them.
  It's been a week with no response. I sent you a video where it is clearly seen that the clamp for a dry seal does not go with the machine that they sent me. And nothing. Here I am still waiting. 60€ in the trash!!
  It's the first time something like this has happened to me.

  The speed of shipping and the quality of the seal are very good, but the customer service is not so much. Not only do they have 96 measly characters to be able to write to them, but they are not responsible for the bad design of their website. When trying to buy a tampon, the same photo appears with three colors: red, blue and green. The same photo, I insist, same size of box. You click "add to cart" on the green one and, oh, surprise, they are all blue, the photos indicate different sizes and it only lets you choose the color, not if you add to the cart (which is normal use in a store) but that you have to click on the photo, download and it already lets you choose colors.
  I tried to write to them to comment on it but their measly 96 characters prevented me. I've called and they basically say it's my fault because "it's so clear". I have been buying online for twenty years and it has never happened to me (mainly because people know how to set up their websites). What's more, I'm a web developer, so I understand something about interfaces and web use. Of course they have not taken responsibility for my more than understandable error (I invite you to come in and look, to see if you do not fall into the same trap). As much as the quality of the stamp is good, even in the simple lines, the customer support leaves a lot to be desired.

  Excellent customer service over the phone.
  
  Regarding the quality of the products, out of 10. We have ordered 2 stamps with a different design and it turned out great. Amazing speed of shipping and unbeatable price, seriously.
