We were at the Paiporta one in the middle of August, a fairly quiet atmosphere (with limited capacity, tickets we got online). The very cool playful pool for children, well-keptwe found the floor strange, which was not tiled (which is sometimes appreciated because it forces children to wear booties due to chafing), it was made of a plastic material, but there were areas that were noticeable deteriorated (bulging).

Very informal. Customer service leaves a lot to be desired.
You have to go after them constantly to solve anything.
They do not return calls, they do not keep track of their clients, etc.
I do not recommend at all.

Disastrous experience.
The tile that they put on me broke the first summer of having the pool.
I informed myself with real professionals and they told me that they had put a very poor quality Chinese tile on me.
Attached is an image of what I had to do to my pool after the first summer.
The sand filter was smaller than what my pool needed due to its size, so the water was never crystal clear, and the consequent electric cost in purification.
They never wanted to take responsibility for anything, they gave us a thousand meaningless excuses as if we were fools.
NO SHAME.

VERY BAD
Enough years buying products for the pool.
And 2 years and 3 months ago I was installed a tarp that has been broken by its bad installation.
Now they do not want to take responsibility. According to them it is normal that it lasts so little time.
