It’s fantastic! It’s like you are in the jungle or in real safari in Africa (which you can see sometimes on the other side of the sea because the view is breathtaking)..! Whenever I go to Spain I want to go there too..! You shouldn’t miss it! One thing.. if you’re not with a car, be prepared to walk for about 1km of a bit uphill way to get there.. or there might be a taxi down at the beginning of it, ready to take you up there. Just tell him not to get into the parking cause I think he‘s charging extra.. I believe there should be a bus though starting from a central point (Estepona), going right at the door of the zoo cause it’s so tiring and exhausting during the summer especially, getting there.. you get rewarded arriving there though..! One last thing.. it should close a little bit later, in my opinion.. because during the summer, having walked 1km uphill to get there, you just need some rest before you get in and see around.. you just need more time and it’s large.
5/5 stars because I love the place.. ❤️ but there are a couple of things that could make it an immaculate experience..!response / report this review -

Loved this place a must go too if your in the Costa del sol. Where comfy shoes as there's lots of walking involved.

Though the park itself was well-thought-out, I was shocked to see people touching and chasing the animals without supervision and scaring some witless. The flamingos had half of one wing clipped instead of only the flight feathers. There are better ways to keep your animals from leaving.

Avoid this zoo, never seen something as bad and expensive.
Let me explain why I am giving one star.
We were so excited to go to Estepona to visit this zoo
We got there and we found out we had to pay the parking which was about €3. But that wasn't such a big deal..
We went to pay for the tickets, about €50 for 2 adults and 2 kids under 3. We didn't find this as being an issue either
Once in the zoo, we thought we will have a good experience..but guess what..
- dirty zoo, not looked after
- expensive restaurants
- and the worse, neglected animals with very little space to move, this almost made me cry.
This zoo doesn't look after it's animals, they care about their business and that's it.
This is one of those zoos where authorities should look into very carefully.
Really disappointing and I do not recommend anyone to waste their time to go there.
Find yourself something else to spend your money onto.response / report this review -

Not great and expensive! Animals seem not to be great regarding space. The actual zoo is uphill, be careful if you have wee children as it can get steep, warm and far Safari is nothing great except getting close to the hippo, way too much for the money. I think the only great thing was having beer with lime slush at the top of the hill. Good also is very expensive at least €9.90 for a combo. Would not go back.

An amazing safari. Lots to see here. My family thoroughly enjoyed our visit here this year would recommend to anyone going on holiday around the Estepona area for an excursion

Nice big safari park. Booked online but you need to be able to print the tickets otherwise there's a charge- so better of paying at the door. Safari car is e15 and zip line is e5 so tickets are not inclusive. Had a lovely day and enjoyed the enclosures.and kids loved the walk bridge.

Everything is ok, for me the main thing is that the animals seem happy and have lots of space. I do not like the sister park Selwo Marina because they really have those sea lions imprisoned. But this one is not too bad. Service is good too. Get the yearly family ticket, it's cheaper even if you only go once.
