Horrible service!
Why do you put 'Eurail' sign on the ticket reservation desk, when it doesn't do specific Eurail-pass works??
I got confused whether I had to get specific waiting line for this "Eurail"desk, or if all the 'early sale' desks work altogether including Eurailpass works. I couldn't find where to ask about this problem. Couldn't easily find Renfe information desks or personnel, so I had to wander for 30 mins to ask about this freaking waiting line problem. I tried the customer center, but they only could give limited information. The station was too crowded, people had to wait for at least 1 hour and half or more, employees looked exhausted and grumpy. they snapped at people as possible as they could. If it gets too busy, hire more people!!

Super uncomfortable indications which makes it messy and chaotic. A lot of destinations are great but the place should be recognised really

Al salir del Renfe he validado mi billete y la mĆ”quina me retornĆ³ otro. Al darme cuenta solicitĆ© ayuda al personal. El servicio al cliente es un desastre. Para que te retornen el dinero perdido habĆa que enviar por correo ordinario copia de mi tarjeta de dĆ©bito, el recibo de pago de la mĆ”quina expendedora de tickets y el billete que ya habĆa retornado en la oficina de servicio al cliente! Es decir que finalmente perdĆ 70ā¬ del billete mensual que paguĆ© y encima sĆ³lo la habĆa utilizado 2 dĆas

El personal de atenciĆ³n al pĆŗblico es muy amable. La estaciĆ³n esta bien organizada y limpia

Pese a que necesita una renovaciĆ³n ( principalmente la ventilaciĆ³n en los andenes, son subterrĆ”neos y en Ć©poca estival es un suplicio esperar el tren en los mismos ) es una estaciĆ³n relativamente cĆ³moda.

The station itself is okay. The problem is that you have to pay 50Ā¢ to use the toilet. I'm already paying to use the train so I think the restrooms should be free, but if not then I expect a super clean and nice bathroom. Not a dirty park bathroom with broken toilets, no soap, and no paper towels.
