Comfy room, reminded me of a boutique hotel ancient we have had an exterior facing room with a lovely balcony. The front desk staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Family-friendly place and very centrally located!

Good service. Press a button on a screen and it prints a ticket which assigns you a person at a desk to talk to in your own language. They have general information about the city, attractions, and also sell bus passes - as of the week of 19th June 2017, it cost €9 for a 6 trip bus pass, and €16 euros for a 12 trip pass, but on return of the card you're refunded €0.50

We used their services several times and were never disappointed. We took one of their recommended tours and it was lovely and we highly recommend you take a walking tour of the city. The staff was always busy but very helpful. Make it one of your first stops when visiting San Sebastian.

Well staffed, no stupid computers but real people that speak many languages. Well disposed and quick service. No wifi though.

Very knowledgeable and kind people helping there. My main complaint are their hours: they go for a long siesta around 1:30pm
