  We had a great time! Was a lovely apartment a short walk to the beach. Really enjoyed visiting Gibraltar and Ronda! Highly recommend!!

  I've trusted Time in Spain to look after my first rental apartment in Estepona Since spring 2016 after first thoroughly checking out the numerous competition. It was very clear from the outset that the owners Martin and David, together with the remainder of their staff, really listened to my specific requirements and shared my vision that has ensured that our valued guests have really enjoyed their holidays. I have received nothing but favourable feedback of both their level of service and the apartment itself. During my most recent visit I lost the journal that I had made notes in about the buying and refurbishment process. Martin was kind enough to phone several locations where it may have been lost as well as driving me to one of them and returning to it himself the following day to check whether the journal had been handed in! This is just one example of how Time in Spain go the extra mile to try and ensure that their clients have a really great holiday

  Just booked my next holiday in Estapona with Time in Spain. I've been booking with these guys for over 7 years and always found then courteous, friendly and really helpful. They know the area and always find me the right place to stay. I've even recommended them to a mate at work and he's now used them at least twice - and will use them again. They know their properties and are always on hand if you have a problem.

  I am still in chock over the treatment of potential clients in this establishment.
  It is low season (late October 2016) and I call ahead to ask about holiday rental options. First guy I speak with seems nice enough after I explain what I am looking for (easy walking for my elderly mother) he directs me to two potential properties to look up on the website. I call back and say I am interested and that I will drive down to see the area (approx 40 min from my current location) and to make the necessary arrangements in person.
  After exploring the area a bit I drop by the office and this is where I astounded. I leave flabbergasted within 2 minutes of my arrival having been rudely dismissed in the office by the most awful person.
  Entering the office I explain I had called earlier, which is acknowledged, I say I find the port area a bit a quiet and asked if the town area is perhaps better. However before the person I speak with has a chance to answer a large guy rudely looks me up and down, tells me that this is not the area for me and that I should probably check out Torremolinus or Nerja (the complete opposite direction of the coast, back the way I came from) ohh and good luck finding a place. Thus am I dismissed, overwhelmed by the rudeness. Walking back to my car readying to pack the stroller, my 4 1/2 months baby and my elderly mother (with a walking problem) I sit down not 200 meters from the "timeinspain" establishment and I just have to write this review.
  DO NOT waste your time, it is unprofessional and uninterested in helping potential clients. The person in charge (I assume) is unfriendly, rude, unwelcoming and everything negative. I would not recommend "timeinspain" to anyone.
