  Torre Rioja has built a building at 11 Osiris street in Canillejas.
  It is an office building with parking spaces.
  The main tenant is the pharmaceutical company Roche.
  The building is adjacent to a residential area, the residential area existed when construction of the building began.
  The air conditioning system, with fans on the roof, exceeds the noise levels allowed by municipal ordinances.
  Neighbors live with noise pollution during the day and at night.
  At night the noise wakes up the neighbors and prevents quality sleep.

  This "sustainable" building is making life unbearable for the neighbors with the noise it makes. Please provide a solution.
