What a wonderful place, a small but great hotel. The staff especially Sara, Roberto and Ashraf were outstanding. Nothing was to much for them and the rooms and restaurants were very good. It will be our hotel of choice whenever we visit Madrid.

I honestly have to thank the gentleman at the front desk who made my stay special with the excellent service sorry forgot his name I was in room 21
They delivered a surprise bouquet 💐 from my fiancé and it was just a beautiful thing that was managed in the best way ever to surprise me I loved it

Such a lovely 5 star hotel in Madrid, we received a very warm welcome from Mr Fariz and his colleague
Mr Fariz recommended a restaurant nearby and that is absolutely our favorite, we go there 2 nights in a row

Home away from home. Clean, beautiful, nice outdoor terraces, service exceeded expectations. Good food and nice location. Staff wears many hats and couldn’t be nicer or provide better service.

The hotel is really nice. Boutique hotel in a great location. The rooms are super chic and comfortable. The bathroom is amazing and the terrace is beautiful. The only thing I think needs some improvement is the day terrace service. At night JOSE ANGEL is there all by him self but he gets to do three men job all by himself. He is AMAZING!! But when his not there you can be waiting for the food or the check or something for ever. I had to stand up and look for someone many times. Another thing is that the key is a proper key. Should upgrade to a card because if there are two persons in the room is kind of complicated if one of them arrives late at night. Overall is a GREAT hotel.
