If you want a place to relax and sleep comfortably I wouldn’t recommend. They don’t even turn on the AC!

We had an excellent stay at the hotel. Rooms and property are perfect for a relaxing time in San Sebastián. There is a quick bus line into the center of the city directly from the hotel. Even if you have a car this great as you’ll want to enjoy drinks in the city. A taxi will run 11 euros if needed. The breakfast here is amazing and only a problem because you don’t want to eat too much before your adventures in the city. Staff are all helpful and speak great English if needed. Only issue was around the spa which is not included in the price so please be aware of that. We went for just 15 minutes and we’re originally charged 50 euros. The staff helped us reduce that, but unlike most hotels, the spa is NOT included in the room rate. If that is your reason for staying here, you could stay elsewhere and just pay the same price to visit their spa. Otherwise an amazing hotel that we hope to visit again soon!
