Had multiple steaks/chuletas and a variety of other dishes as well and everything was fantastic. They have an amazing selection of wine. They even showed us their impressive wine cellar, which was massive. Not the cheapest place, but everything was delicious.

My hotel recommended the restaurant. Walked about 45 minutes from Zabeleto Kalea to get to the restaurant and the host told me that we are booked for the night. There were plenty of tables available and it was just 9pm. Restaurant needs to understand that some people visit for a day or two and don't have their number to make a reservation!!! A good manager will never send back a customer, which has traveled from another country to visit them! Unfortunately didn't get to taste their food.

Food was okay, but not spectacular. Amazing wine list but somm ignored or brushed off my suggestions for something interesting, with age on it or for specific regions and pushed us hard on a very lackluster "tourist wine" insisting it was the best and something we couldn't get back home, then seemed uninterested in our feedback or happiness. Wife's steak was undercooked (rare instead of requested medium) and no one ever came back to check on us to see why she only nibbled around the outside. Overall, for 200 Euros, I expected more.

Rekondo has one of the world's best wine cellars. The food is classic with nicely done fish and excellent steak. If you like Black pudding don't miss their salad with Morcilla. The terrace is amazing in the summer

Beautiful venue up the hill. Wonderful food prepared for our group of 11 (which can be tricky). And AMAZING 100,000 bottle wine cellar! Recommended.

Seriously delicious food. I don't think I've ever enjoyed a plate of vegetables that much. Lovely terrace under the trees. You'll probably need reservations.
