Very little serious. We contacted for the withdrawal of a sofa. They asked us for photos that we sent, where both the size and all the flaws were appreciated and they tell us that they will take it free of charge, agreeing a day with us for the withdrawal. At no time do they refer to any payment or to the fact that once in my house, they may have to charge something for the service.
After organizing the collection and delivery of another sofa, they tell us that since it is damaged and does not fit in the elevator (obviously), they have to charge 50 euros.
I think it's great that everyone charges or not what they see fit for their work, but this company uses the tactic of the lockdown, when they are already there and you have everything organized, problems magically arise and they have to charge you.
We even let them know that we would ask for a day at work for this. We feel that they have played with our time and have tried to deceive us (I repeat that at no time do they mention that it could entail cost). If I am going to pay for this service, let them tell me and I will decide if I do it with them or with others.
I'll pay for the withdrawal if necessary, but certainly not to them.

I called to inquire and the girl who attended me seemed upset. Bad attention and has not given me too many options to explain the need, getting to hang up the phone. Not recommended

Polite, fast and clean. Two people from Marrakech. I will have them again if necessary. They are not free if they have to take the furniture to Vacía Madrid

I would recommend these people. They we're very friendly and moved everything in a careful way. Me having old and expensive furniture, it was a must. They took there time and were responsible in handling my familys furniture. On top of that they were twenty minutes early and fixed a broken drawer.
