Nefarious service, I have not been able to get my order delivered since March 23, which is in your warehouse! first that they had 10 days for shipping, now that the deadline has passed they say they have no route to my city! And what is my fault? If they don't have shipments to fill a truck, it's their problem, not mine! a company shame

Fatal, you call and they never catch it. I'm still waiting for them to pick up the phone so I can know when my couch will arrive. I sent them a message on their contact page and I am still waiting for someone to respond to me. It seems absurd to me that customer service is paramount and in this case they are not offering it. The truth is I am still displeased with both the furniture company and with you.

They have given me some sofas, all very well, educated boys and you could tell that they handled the sofas well. They have taken the plastics and they have cleaned my work area. I liked the delivery like none that they have made me, I have put them in their survey that they carry, the best score.
